Cameron LeCates joined The Lesser Kantha Team of Leslie J. Garfield & Co. in 2019, working directly under Partners Matthew Lesser and Ravi Kantha. Cameron was promoted to Senior Real Estate Adviser in May of 2023. Cameron has represented over $300 million in residential, commercial, and institutional real estate, and has been responsible for the sale and leasing of over 75 properties. Cameron has also been cited in a number of publications including the New York Post and The Real Deal. Notable mentions for the Lesser Kantha Team include being ranked #1 in New York and #7 nationwide in transaction volume (REAL Trends 2022 rankings as seen in the Wall Street Journal), and noted as one of New York's Top 15 Real Estate Agents in The Hollywood Reporter. Originally from York, Pennsylvania, Cameron attended York Suburban High School before pursuing a degree in Luxury Brand Marketing & Management from the Sigmund Weis School of Business at Susquehanna University. He spent two summers in Washington, D.C. working in brand marketing for Alpha Industries, a military-inspired outerwear brand. Moreover, while studying abroad in London he completed a creative marketing internship with Alexander White in preparation for their London Fashion Week presentation. Cameron was also a member of Susquehanna’s Division III men’s lacrosse program. Cameron currently resides in Lower Manhattan and enjoys spending his free time with friends and family while taking advantage of all New York City has to offer.
