Ms. Rosengarten joined Leslie Garfield Real Estate in 1996. Throughout her years at Leslie Garfield, her emphasis and area of expertise has been the Upper East Side townhouse market, more specifically the Yorkville area where she has sold a significant number of townhouses. Some area sales have included 505 East 84th Street, 433 East 85th Street, 347 East 84th Street, 142 East End Avenue, 556 East 87th Street, and 418 East 84th Street. More recently she sold 46 East 82nd Street, 16 East 82nd Street and is in contract on several others including 119 East 95th Street and 50 East 81st Street. Ms. Rosengarten takes great pride in handling all aspects of her business personally including attending all her own showings, and overseeing all aspects of the sales process from start to finish. This includes taking personal responsibility for ensuring that all information on her properties are conveyed with absolute clarity and precision to buyers and real estate agents. Communication is a key element to effectively selling a property. This includes responsiveness to buyers, and fellow agents in a timely fashion and providing material that is requested quickly and efficiently. Prior to entering the real estate field, Ms. Rosengarten had a successful career as a social worker and received her degree from Hunter College School of Social Work. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin/Madison. Ms. Rosengarten grew up in Greenwich Village and spent most of her life living in Manhattan. She has two daughters, ages 18 and 27.
