Specializing in the Upper East Side and Brooklyn Heights townhouse markets, Caylyn has facilitated over $300 million of real estate transactions. She has experience representing individual owners, estates, and institutions. Caylyn’s drive, unparalleled work ethic, and attention to detail, are all qualities that have contributed to her success. In July 2016 she was recognized as a Top 75 Agent by The Real Deal magazine as a member of the Jed Garfield Team in their annual ranking of Manhattan’s residential agents. In September 2017 she appeared in the Nationwide / International issue of Top Agent Magazine which features the top producing and most accomplished professionals in the real estate industry.

Caylyn is originally from outside of Boston and attended the Dexter-Southfield School prior to earning her Bachelor’s degree from Skidmore College. At Skidmore she was a member of the nationally ranked Skidmore College Field Hockey team and was a recipient of the Thoroughbred Award, given for her dedication, perseverance and commitment to the team. She now uses her athletic background to give back to the community as a volunteer coach with Ice Hockey In Harlem.

Caylyn continues to expand her knowledge of the real estate industry and cultivate new industry relationships as a member of the New York chapter of the Urban Land Institute and the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY). Caylyn currently lives on the Upper East Side and enjoys spending time staying active in Central Park with her dog.
