During the weeks of June 9th - June 22nd there were 2 townhouse sales and 14 signed contracts. The most expensive townhouse sale was the 34' wide property located at 37-39 Perry Street for $17.5M. This townhouse is currently configured as a ground floor artist studio with a garage and three floor through apartments above. The most expensive signed contract was the 36' wide, newly renovated, 15,000 sq. ft. townhouse located at 110 East 76th Street which was last asking $51M. This house is one of three newly constructed townhouses on the south side of 76th Street between Park and Lexington Avenues.

9 townhouse properties hit the market in the last two weeks. The most expensive townhouse to come to market is the newly renovated, five story, single family townhouse located at 132 West 81st Street asking $10.95M.

Brooklyn (Heights / Cobble Hill)

During the weeks of June 9th - June 22nd there was 1 sale and 4 signed contracts in the Brooklyn Heights and Cobble Hill neighborhoods of Brooklyn. 31 Tompkins Place was the only sale. This 4,000 sq. ft., renovated single family townhouse sold for $6.15M. The most expensive signed contract is the five story, 6,000 sq. ft. townhouse located at 261 Henry Street which had a last asking price of $7.25M.

Only 1 new townhouse came to market in the Brooklyn Heights / Cobble Hill neighborhoods. The five story, 2 family townhouse at 62 Wyckoff Street is asking $2.495M.
