For the weeks of 9/2- 9/15, 6 townhouses went into contract (3 in Manhattan & 3 in Brooklyn) and 5 townhouses were sold (4 in Manhattan & 1 in Brooklyn). 27 townhouses came onto the market (15 in Manhattan & 12 in Brooklyn), and 26 townhouses saw price drops (21 in Manhattan & 5 in Brooklyn).

In Manhattan, the townhouse to go into contract with the highest price tag was 37 West 94th Street. This UWS townhouse was last listed for $7.0M. The average price for townhouses to go into contract in Manhattan was $4.9M.

5 townhouses were sold this week, with 36 East 61st Street in the UES having the highest sale price of $32.0M.

27 new townhouses hit the market, with 6 of the new listings being listed for over $10.0M. The average price for townhouses to hit the market this week was $7.0M across Manhattan & Brooklyn.

26 townhouses dropped their price this week, with 20 East 78th Street seeing the largest drop of $6.5M from the original asking price.
