20 Townhouses See A Price Drop

For the weeks of 1/6-1/19, 7 townhouses went into contract (3 in Manhattan & 4 in Brooklyn) and 3 townhouses were sold (2 in Manhattan & 1 in Brooklyn). 19 townhouses came onto the market (10 in Manhattan & 9 in Brooklyn), and 20 townhouses saw price drops (17 in Manhattan & 3 in Brooklyn).

In Manhattan, the townhouse to go into contract with the highest price tag was 1083 Fifth Avenue. This townhouse was last listed for $29.5M. The average price for townhouses to go into contract in Manhattan & Brooklyn was $8.1M.

19 new townhouses hit the market, with 7 of the new listings being listed for over $10.0M. The average price for townhouses to hit the market this week was $9.5M across Manhattan & Brooklyn.

3 townhouses were sold this week with 308 West 88th Street being the most expensive sale with a last asking price of $13.75M.

20 townhouses dropped their price this week, with 23 Cornelia Street seeing the largest drop of $6.0M from the original asking price.
