For the weeks of 9/30- 10/13, 9 townhouses went into contract (4 in Manhattan & 5 in Brooklyn) and 2 townhouses were sold (1 in Manhattan & 1 in Brooklyn). 17 townhouses came onto the market (10 in Manhattan & 7 in Brooklyn), and 16 townhouses saw price drops (15 in Manhattan & 1 in Brooklyn).

In Manhattan, the townhouse to go into contract with the highest price tag was 39 West 70th Street. This UWS townhouse was last listed for $17.9M. The average price for townhouses to go into contract in Manhattan was $11.1M.

2 townhouses were sold this week, with 37 West 94th Street in the UWS having the highest sale price of $6.5M.

17 new townhouses hit the market, with 6 of the new listings being listed for over $10.0M. The average price for townhouses to hit the market this week was $10.1M across Manhattan & Brooklyn.

16 townhouses dropped their price this week, with 16 East 69th Street seeing the largest drop of $6.0M from the original asking price.
