For the weeks of 11/11-11/22, 4 townhouses went into contract (3 in Manhattan & 1 in Brooklyn) and 3 townhouses were sold (1 in Manhattan & 2 in Brooklyn). 15 townhouses came onto the market (15 in Manhattan & 0 in Brooklyn), and 10 townhouses saw price drops (8 in Manhattan & 2 in Brooklyn).

In Manhattan, the townhouse to go into contract with the highest price tag was 14 Sutton Square. This Sutton Place townhouse was last listed for $15.0M. The average price for townhouses to go into contract in Manhattan was $6.5M.

3 townhouses were sold this week, with 320 West 80th Street in the Upper West Side having the highest sale price of $8.15M.

15 new townhouses hit the market, with 8 of the new listings being listed for over $10.0M. The average price for townhouses to hit the market this week was $20.7M across Manhattan & Brooklyn.

10 townhouses dropped their price this week, with 53 Wooster Street seeing the largest drop of $1.8M from the original asking price.
