For the weeks of 10/14-10/27, 4 townhouses went into contract (1 in Manhattan & 3 in Brooklyn) and 2 townhouses were sold (2 in Manhattan & 0 in Brooklyn). 11 townhouses came onto the market (7 in Manhattan & 4 in Brooklyn), and 8 townhouses saw price drops (7 in Manhattan & 1 in Brooklyn).

In Manhattan, the townhouse to go into contract with the highest price tag was 110 East 64th Street. This UES townhouse was last listed for $10.25M. The average price for townhouses to go into contract in Manhattan was $10.25M.

2 townhouses were sold this week, with 41 Bethune Street in the West Village having the highest sale price of $7.22M.

11 new townhouses hit the market, with 3 of the new listings being listed for over $10.0M. The average price for townhouses to hit the market this week was $8.1M across Manhattan & Brooklyn.

8 townhouses dropped their price this week, with 20 East 78th Street seeing the largest drop of $8.5M from the original asking price.
