For the weeks of 1/20-2/2, 6 townhouses went into contract (4 in Manhattan & 2 in Brooklyn) and 6 townhouses were sold (4 in Manhattan & 2 in Brooklyn). 10 townhouses came onto the market (4 in Manhattan & 6 in Brooklyn), and 12 townhouses saw price drops (10 in Manhattan & 2 in Brooklyn).

In Manhattan, the townhouse to go into contract with the highest price tag was 131 Charles Street. This townhouse was last listed for $10.8M. The average price for townhouses to go into contract in Manhattan & Brooklyn was $6.2M.

10 new townhouses hit the market, with 4 of the new listings being listed for over $10.0M. The average price for townhouses to hit the market this week was $11.9M across Manhattan & Brooklyn.

6 townhouses were sold this week with 28 West 76th Street being the most expensive sale at $15.95M.

12 townhouses dropped their price this week, with 7 East 67th Street seeing the largest drop of $7.0M from the original asking price.
