The average price for townhouses to go into contract in Manhattan was $5.8M. In Brooklyn, the townhouse to go into contract with the highest price tag was 380 Sixth Avenue in Park Slope. This townhouse was listed at $2.65M and on the market for 45 days. The average price for townhouses to go into contract in Brooklyn was $2.5M.


With 5 townhouses officially labeled as sold, the month of May got off to a fast start after a sluggish April. The highest sold property in Manhattan was 149 East 38th Street for $7.8M after being on the market for 391 days. The average price for townhouses to be sold in Manhattan was $4.0M. In Brooklyn, the highest sold property was 578 Myrtle Avenue for $2.5M after being on the market 6 days. The average price for townhouses to be sold in Brooklyn was $2.1M.
