For the weeks of 7/8- 7/21, 13 townhouses went into contract (7 in Manhattan & 6 in Brooklyn), 3 townhouses were sold (0 in Manhattan & 3 in Brooklyn). 16 townhouses came onto the market (9 in Manhattan & 7 in Brooklyn), and 17 townhouses saw price drops (13 in Manhattan & 4 in Brooklyn).

In Manhattan, the townhouse to go into contract with the highest price tag was 174 East 64th Street. This UES townhouse was last listed for $13.9M. The average price for townhouses to go into contract in Manhattan was $7.4M.

3 townhouses were sold this week, with the Brooklyn Heights townhouse at 70 Cranberry Street having the highest sale price of $4.95M.

16 new townhouses hit the market, with 4 of the new listings being listed for over $15.0M. The average price for townhouses to hit the market this week was $9.9M across Manhattan & Brooklyn.

17 townhouses dropped their price this week, with 320 West 80th Street seeing the biggest drop of $4.8M from the original asking price.
