What's Happening at West 75th Street?

One of the most active blocks on the Upper West Side in terms of real estate is West 75th Street between Columbus and Central Park West. With over 40 brownstones, this beautiful tree-lined block is one of the most desirable on the Upper West Side.

There are currently four townhouses for sale on this block: 29 West 75th Street, a grand 22’-wide single family home listed at $17,999,999; 18 West 75th Street, a 22’-wide single family home listed at $15,900,000; 58 West 75th Street, a 20-wide single family townhouse listed at $12,900,000; and 43 West 75th Street, a 22’-wide vacant multifamily townhouse listed at $12,250,000.

In addition to the properties currently on the market, there are two brownstones on the block currently being converted from multifamily to single family. 32 West 75th Street, an 8-unit free market multifamily townhouse was sold in 2016 for $9,750,000 and is currently in the process of being converted to single family. 41 West 75th Street sold for $2,779,000 in 2015, and is also under construction. One of the highest priced townhouse sales on the Upper West Side took place on this block—22 West 75th Street sold for $18,850,000 in 2010.
