The Walt Disney Company is selling ABC’s Upper West Side headquarters complex for over $1 billion, the Commercial Observer reported Monday.

The New York City headquarters are located along West 66th Street between Central Park West and Columbus Avenue. The transaction includes a portfolio of buildings on this block, including 77 and 47 West 66th Street, among others.

It was rumored that the Walt Disney Company would sell the ABC campus after they acquired 21st Century Fox and its assets last December. Silverstein Properties was allegedly one of two potential purchasers considered for the ABC campus, the other being Related Companies.
