The map below contains every townhouse and small building sale on the Upper West Side in 2018 and current UWS townhouses on the market, with the blue markers representing on-market listings and gray markers representing sold properties. Patterns evident in the map include a much more active Central Park West/Columbus neighborhood as compared to the West End/Riverside blocks, in contrast to listings on the market, where the West End/Riverside blocks have high inventory.

Two blocks that saw the most action this year were 75th Street and 76th Street between Central Park West and Columbus Avenue, consistently two of the more desirable blocks on the Upper West Side.
