For the weeks of 5/29- 6/9, 7 townhouses went into contract (6 in Manhattan & 1 in Brooklyn), 1 townhouse was sold (0 in Manhattan & 1 in Brooklyn). 18 townhouses came onto the market (7 in Manhattan & 11 in Brooklyn), and 25 townhouses saw price drops (22 in Manhattan & 3 in Brooklyn).

In Manhattan, the townhouse to go into contract with the highest price tag was 14 East 11th Street. This Greenwich Village townhouse was last listed for $23.5M. The average price for townhouses to go into contract in Manhattan was $9.1M.

1 townhouse was sold this week, with the Brooklyn Heights townhouse at 271 Hicks Street selling for $4.95M.

18 new townhouses hit the market, with 5 of the new listings being listed for over $20.0M. The average price for townhouses to hit the market this week was $10.1M across Manhattan & Brooklyn.

25 townhouses dropped their price this week, with 427 East 85th Street seeing the biggest drop of $9.1M from the original asking price.
