In Manhattan, the townhouse to go into contract with the highest price tag was 77 Charles Street. This West Village townhouse was an off market transaction. The average price for townhouses to go into contract in Manhattan was $10.1M.

3 townhouses were sold this week, which helped close out the month of May strong. In Manhattan, the highest sold property was 52 East 64th Street for $13.0M after being on the market 167 days.

7 new townhouses hit the market, with 3 of the new listings being listed for over $15.0M. The average price for townhouses to hit the market this week was $10.0M across Manhattan & Brooklyn.

5 townhouses dropped their price this week, with 140 East 65th Street seeing the biggest drop of $1.2M from the original asking price.
