In Manhattan, the townhouse to go into contract with the highest price tag was 278 West 113th Street. This townhouse was last listed for $3.6M.

3 new townhouses hit the market, with 1 of the new listings being listed for over $10.0M. The average price for townhouses to hit the market this week was $16.8M across Manhattan & Brooklyn.

3 townhouses were sold this week with 160 East 70th Street being the most expensive sale with a last asking price of $10.175M.

4 townhouses dropped their price this week, with 10 East 75th Street seeing the largest drop of $5.0M from the original asking price.
