During the weeks of April 8th - April 22nd there were only two townhouse sales in Manhattan and no signed contracts. The most expensive sale was the 20' wide townhouse at 43 West 87th Street, which sold for $6.95M.

A whopping 34 townhouse properties hit the market during the last two weeks for a total asking price of $318,560,000. The average asking price of these properties is $9.4M ($1,870 / sq. ft.)


Brooklyn (Heights / Cobble Hill / Park Slope)

During the weeks of April 8th - April 22nd there were two sales and one signed contract in the Brooklyn Heights, Cobble Hill and Park Slope neighborhoods of Brooklyn. Both sales were in the Park Slope neighborhood and had an average sales price of $2.7M
