For the weeks of 7/22- 8/4, 8 townhouses went into contract (2 in Manhattan & 6 in Brooklyn), 8 townhouses were sold (7 in Manhattan & 1 in Brooklyn). 13 townhouses came onto the market (9 in Manhattan & 4 in Brooklyn), and 7 townhouses saw price drops (3 in Manhattan & 4 in Brooklyn).

In Manhattan, the townhouse to go into contract with the highest price tag was 461 West 21st Street. This Chelsea townhouse was last listed for $5.49M. The average price for townhouses to go into contract in Manhattan was $5.1M.

8 townhouses were sold this week, with 77 Charles Street having the highest sale price of $15.0M.

13 new townhouses hit the market, with 4 of the new listings being listed for over $10.0M. The average price for townhouses to hit the market this week was $11.6M across Manhattan & Brooklyn.

7 townhouses dropped their price this week, with 46 East 83rd Street seeing the biggest drop of $3.5M from the original asking price.
