For the weeks of 6/10- 6/23, 14 townhouses went into contract (8 in Manhattan & 6 in Brooklyn), 5 townhouses were sold (3 in Manhattan & 2 in Brooklyn). 28 townhouses came onto the market (21 in Manhattan & 7 in Brooklyn), and 21 townhouses saw price drops (11 in Manhattan & 10 in Brooklyn).

In Manhattan, the townhouse to go into contract with the highest price tag was 115 East 79th Street. This Upper East Side townhouse was last listed for $19.4M. The average price for townhouses to go into contract in Manhattan was $8.7M.

5 townhouses were sold this week, with the Gramercy townhouse located at 243 East 17th Street having the highest sale price of $13.5M.

28 new townhouses hit the market, with 3 of the new listings being listed for over $30.0M. The average price for townhouses to hit the market this week was $12.9M across Manhattan & Brooklyn.

21 townhouses dropped their price this week, with 73 Washington Place seeing the biggest drop of $4.0M from the original asking price.
